Maintenance

Our Maintenance Programme focuses on four principal areas: Safety, Fault Prevention, Response to Lift Failure and Communication.

Safety

All our operatives work in pairs; this is unique within the lift maintenance industry but, we believe, a safer, more efficient way of working. All are direct employees and are fully trained in safety procedures and the correct process for inspections. All members of staff are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment and are regularly assessed for competence. In this way, we ensure that all your safety devices are competently inspected on every visit, keeping you fully operational.

Fault Prevention

Combining our engineers' skills and experience and our knowledge of your equipment and operating environment, we combine every routine maintenance check with a fault prevention check. This makes sense, both for you and for us. By utilising the engineers' time to best advantage we have encouraged a culture of responsibility, whilst minimising downtime and disruption to you.

Response to Lift Failures

To minimise the stress and inconvenience of lift failure we have almost instant access to all our duty engineers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In this way we can ensure that we respond quickly and efficiently to your demand.

Communication

Communication is the key to understanding your needs and responding to them successfully.

Using our latest service software, we are able to produce detailed reports on progress of work, lift availability and condition to assist you in future budgeting.
