The client has approximately 70 lifts within 8 Hotels in the Holborn area and required a service, which provided a very swift response to lift breakdowns.

After considering our proposals, the client chose our option to supply a resident lift engineer and assistant dedicated to the client’s lifts only. This offered the client complete peace of mind knowing that we would respond to any lift failure within minutes, minimising disruption to residents.

Since commencing the maintenance agreement, we have worked very closely with the client with assisting them in identifying lifts which require additional works for health and safety requirements through to complete modernisations and new lift installations.
