Purpose of the Role/Role Overview

  • Working with our busy Sales Team to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered to all our clients and customers.​​​​​

General Duties/Key Responsibilities

  •  Providing a professional and high level of customer service to our clients/employees and tenants.
  •  Answering and fielding calls and jobs, transferring enquiries appropriately
  •  Adding new units to existing contracts
  •  Forwarding contract copies to clients
  •  Assisting with accounts and invoicing queries
  •  Helping with the organisation of contract meetings
  •  Delivering consistent, high-quality work and display a professional attitude, encouraging good        relationships with our clients/employees.
  •  Completing the required paperwork (Electronically or Manually) as per Company Procedures.
  •  Compliance with all Company Standards, Policies, and Health & Safety Procedures.
  •  Assisting with information collection for pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders, when needed.
  •  Any other general admin duties

Knowledge Required

  • Confident ability to use Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, Email and Databases
  • To be able to work as a team and alone
  • Good interaction with clients and team members
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
  • Previous experience in an office environment/administrative role
  • Able to communicate effectively on all levels
