This Privacy Policy describes how Analogue Holdings Limited and its affiliated companies (“ATAL Engineering Group” or “we”) handle personal information collected through https://www.atal.com and other websites controlled by ATAL Engineering Group (the “Website”) that link to this Privacy Policy.
  1. Personal information we may process about you
    2. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. Personal information we may collect includes:
    • Identification and administration data: your name, postal address, email address, phone number, occupation and other contact information;
    • Communication and order data: any interest you have in relation to our services or our practice areas; any information you may voluntarily submit to us by completing any form on the Website; and details of your visits to and usage of the Website;

    In addition, where you are applying for a job with us, the following personal information may be collected (“Job application data“):

    • information from publicly available professional profiles on websites or social media (e.g., LinkedIn) that we believe is relevant to your application;
    • information from professional or regulatory bodies;
    • information about your relationship with ATAL Engineering Group, including prior work experience or association you may have with any current or former ATAL Engineering Group employees.
    In the context of job applications, some of the categories of information that we collect are sensitive. In particular, we may process personal data, that relates to:
    • racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs or sexual orientation for diversity monitoring purposes;
    • physical or mental health so that we can provide reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process;
    • criminal convictions and offences during background checks.
    Where ATAL Engineering Group processes such special categories of personal data, we do so in accordance with applicable laws and we obtain your prior explicit consent, or we ensure we have another permitted basis in law.  Where processing is based on your explicit consent, you can withdraw your consent to the processing at any time.
